27C Aircraft Dinghies (Aircraft
Liferafts, Packs and Spares) Stores Reference Numbers
(often
incorrectly described as 'Survival Equipment' which is 22P)
This list was difficult to compile - primarily due to the
time-consuming task of merging AP1086/1182 publications from 3 different
decades. I wanted to compile a single numerical list
that I could quickly reference and identify a part / item I had
acquired and furthermore be able to see which dinghy / pack it
belonged to. The Dinghies / Liferafts covered are C, D, E, F, G, H,
J, K , L, M, Q and the post war S / S.S (single seater) and M.S
(multi seater).
I have not researched the pre war A and B dinghies
but would be happy to add any information if anyone can supply it. This
is by no means a complete list and, as always, please get in touch
if you wish to share information with me. I am only including the
original 4 digit numbers and not the post 1965 Nato (NSN) numbers.
